Your new apartment home has been inspected our maintenance to assure all appliances, electrical and hardware are working correctly and has also been professionally cleaned prior to your move in. Your leasing professional performs a final walk to make sure the final details of your move in are complete and to your satifactory.
When you request maintenance service, you are allowing our maintenance personnel access to your apartment. You do not have to be present for the work but you can be present if you wish to.
Yes. We offer on-site maintenance during operating hours.
You can place a service request by logging in to your resident portal at www.altacypress.com or by calling our leasing office at 321.319.3556 and listening for the maintenance prompt.
If you are locked out of your apartment during business hours, we can help at the leasing office. If after business hours please contact the leasing office by phone and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance. Lockout performance by maintenance
Parking is available and is first come/first serve.
The community offers amenities such as gastro loung, social lounge, game room, 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool area, fire-pits, outdoor kitchen, dog wash and dog park areas.
Pool area and outdoor amenities are available from dawn until dusk. Hours are subject to change based on seasonality.
Our community is pet friendly. Please contact the leasing office for details on breed/pet restrictions.
Standard appliances include washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
We do not offer furnished apartments but can recommend companies that offer this service.
The application process usually takes 10 minutes, but may take longer based on your credit or rental history.
Rent can be paid online by using your credit card or ACH (electronic check) payments. You can also pay by check or money order at the leasing office.
You are required to have $100,000 in liability insurance for your apartment home.
Cable and Internet Service Providers for this community are Spectrum and Century Link.
You can opt out of your lease by providing a sufficient notice and paying the termination fees as selected on your lease agreement. Please contact the leasing office for details of these terms.

We are located off of Dog Track Rd. If you are coming from I-4, take the Longwood exit and go East on SR 434. Once you arrive Ronald Raegan Blvd make a right and then turn left on Dog Track Rd. Our community is located on the right side. Directly across the street from Northland Church and Lyman High School.
